What is Cosmetic/Aesthetic laser treatment?
Cosmetic/Aesthetic laser treatment is a non-invasive procedure for various skin conditions. A cooled handpiece that emits a laser beam is passed over the area of skin to be treated, this generates heat energy to alter the appearance of the skin. It is suitable for most types and colours of skin and is safe and effective.
How long does treatment take?
Every session requires a different amount of time – this will be discussed at the initial consultation.
The majority of treatments take between 10 and 30 minutes – which means most procedures can be undertaken even during your lunch hour. – as simple as that!
How much will it cost?
Every case requires a different amount of treatment.
Procedures are very much tailored to suit the individual. You will be told of the costs of your personalised treatment plan during a free detailed consultation.
This consultation will also determine if laser treatment is for you.

Will it hurt?
Most patients feel minimal discomfort. During treatment feelings experienced range from a tingling sensation to a mild stinging. A built in cooling system soothes throughout and, if required, in sensitive areas, a local anaesthetic cream can be used before treatment begins. Some patients may experience slight redness of the skin, which may last an hour or two, in some cases a day or two.
Is cosmetic laser treatment for men as well?
Cosmetic laser treatment is by no means restricted to the female of the species, treatments are just as effective in men too.
Whether it is shaving bumps, acne, wrinkles or unwanted veins, the non-invasive nature of the treatment will give astonishing results, nobody will ever know you’ve had it done!
